Hello, I am Shelby, the owner and founder of Nature's Healing Spirit. I started this business with a goal to learn, and then offer, as many holistic healing modalities as humanly possible; in order to help a large population of people, with various healing needs.
So, I've been studying the physical body systems for around 8 years (which included physical exercise modalities like yoga and tai chi, and rehabilitation therapies such as psychotherapy, physical/occupational therapy rehab) as well as the hidden emotional/spiritual aspects that affect the body for 10+ years.
Here is what I've concluded: Everyone hurts differently and thus, heals differently. I am here to be one potential resource in a healing journey that is all your own. I personally love how therapeutic massage and energy healing bring together the mind, body and spirit for physical healing. And it doesn't stop there; emotional wounds stored in the body can also be released through these means, all while creating meaningful connection. Let's find what your body and soul needs.
